Refund Policy
ELIGIBILITY ON REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged during transit (e.g., printing errors, liquid damage, or physical damage caused during shipping).
PROOF REQUIREMENTS
Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damaged item upon receipt to qualify for a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the claim is verified, refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer or UPI, as per the customer’s preference.
TIMEFRAME
Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after the approval of the claim.
EXCLUSIONS
Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

If the customer changes their mind after order confirmation.

If incorrect shipping details were provided, leading to lost packages.

If there are minor variations in color, texture, or slight design differences due to printing processes.
