Refund Policy
ADVANCE PAYMENT
The advance payment is non-refundable. Once the advance is paid and work has commenced, it cannot be returned, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal circumstances, change of plans, or postponement of the event.
The advance payment secures your project slot in our studio calendar, initiates the creative process, and covers the time invested in research, concept development, discovery calls, and initial design work. This work begins immediately upon receipt of your advance and cannot be recovered if the project is cancelled.
The advance amount will be clearly stated in your proposal and is typically structured as follows:

50% advance: paid on signing of proposal to begin the project

50% final payment: paid before final files or physical goods are released to you
The advance and all payments made are adjusted against your total project cost.
CORPORATE GIFTING
Corporate gifting orders involve production of physical goods and are subject to the following refund terms.

Advance is non-refundableonce the purchase order is confirmed and production has begun

Cancellation of a corporate order after production has commenced will result in the client being liable for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation

If goods are defective due to a manufacturing fault on our part or our production partner's part, we will replace the affected units at no charge, reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence

Returns of non-defective goods are not accepted, all corporate gifting is custom produced to your brand specifications

For large orders, a physical sample may be approved before mass production. Approval of the sample constitutes acceptance of the production standard for the full order

If you have a concern about any aspect of your project or payment, please contact us directly first. The vast majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct conversation.

We will acknowledge all dispute communications within 72 hours and work toward a resolution within 7 business days

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India
